Robert Lee, known as Rob, has dedicated his career to construction, focusing on creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. Originally from Florida, Rob briefly attended Florida State University before launching his career building and remodeling homes and businesses throughout the state. His extensive experience across Florida helped him develop a strong foundation in both residential and commercial construction.

After expanding his skills through property flipping in Austin, Texas, Rob eventually founded Dharma Inc. in Bothell, Washington. Dharma Inc. specializes in custom renovations for homes and businesses, with a focus on kitchens, bathrooms, and additions. Rob's problem-solving abilities and commitment to delivering custom, high-quality solutions distinguish Dharma Inc. from other contractors in the region.

Rob designed Dharma Inc. to operate with a transparent, cost-plus pricing model, ensuring fairness and value for clients. The company is built on the principles of unity, transparency, and quality, and these values guide every project. For Rob, Dharma Inc. is more than just a business; it reflects his commitment to delivering unique and personalized solutions for each client.

 At Dharma Construction Inc, Christopher 's expertise is project coordinator. Well versed in the real estate market and construction brings an added level of professionalism to the experience. Christopher has been in the industry for over 20 years. While keeping things on track is serious business, he brings a great attitude and personality. 

Castelo is part of our service team at Dharma Inc. While usually smiling, we captured this moment(still practicing his "Blue Steel"). Find him with the finishing painting touches. 

Jesus is apart of our service crew. Has been working with Dharma for 4 years, and has done anything from plumbing to carpentry. Starting in the industry by building a brand new home, and then wanted to do more. When it comes to other trades within the industry, anything to improve his skill set.

Seth has been a carpenter with Dharma Inc. for a few years now. He gets the job done with a good attitude and smile.

Oscar's specialty is framing. Gets things in line to get the job done quickly. He has been a great addition to the crew. 

Dean is well versed in the construction industry. He has been with Dharma Inc. for a number of years now. Happy to help and enjoys his time doing so.
