Robert Lee, known affectionately as Rob, has always had a passion for construction and building beautiful spaces. Originally from Florida, Rob began his journey by attending Florida State University before moving to the Florida Keys to build custom oceanfront homes throughout the 90s. He then found his way to Austin, Texas, where he honed his skills in property flipping.
In 2006, Rob settled in Bothell, Washington, where he opened Dharma Inc., a company specializing in custom home renovations, such as kitchens, bathrooms, and additions. Rob's passion for solving complex problems and creating unique, custom solutions is what sets Dharma Inc. apart from other contractors in the Pacific Northwest. He also has a love for interior finish work and painting and incorporates timeless design elements into all of his work.
When he's not working on a project, you can find Rob soaking up the sun or mountain biking. He enjoys seafood, Tex-Mex, and New York cheesecake, and his favorite color is ocean blue, which reminds him of home. Rob is also a dog lover and particularly fond of Pitbull's, despite the negative stereotype.
Rob's mission for Dharma Inc. is to provide quality services with reasonable expectations and a sensible cost structure. He designed the company to operate as a cost-plus business, one that he would personally hire for his sister or family members. Unity, transparency, and quality are at the core of Dharma's philosophy, ensuring that everyone is treated equally. For Rob, Dharma Inc. is more than just a business—it's a way of life. The company's guiding principles inspire his work every day, ensuring that each project is a unique reflection of the client's individuality
